This is Gaara from Naruto! (Tifa imootosan...I just know that when you see this you're going to freak out and comment on it...hahahah!) The picture in the background is from when he was little (I won't say anything to spoil) and I can't remember where I got the one of him just standing there folding his arms. The hiragana at the bottom means "Gaara."
